The passcode for document submission on Mapping Xpress is "pccc2020".such as the verification worksheet and/or SAP appeal, you can find our digital forms here. Students who need to submit proof of citizenship and/or miscellaneous Financial Aid Documents can follow the steps below:

Step-by-step guide

Uploading financial aid documents to Mapping Xpress:

  1. Go to FA Document Upload
  2. Login to your PCCC account
  3. Click "Document Type" to select the document you are uploading from the drop-down
    1. Select "Whose Information is on the Document" from the drop-down
    2. Select the "Document Year" the document is for from the drop-down
    3. If you have multiple documents you wish to submit you can click the "Add Document" button and repeat the steps above
  4. Attach the document(s) by clicking "Attachments" then "Upload Files" at the bottom
  5. Click "Submit" when document(s) you wish to submit are attached to the form

Please allow 3-5 business days for your document to be processed and marked received in your MY PCCC Portal.


Each document type (Verification Worksheet, Tax Return, Citizenship Document, W-2, etc...)  should be uploaded as a separate file. Please do not combine all the document types into one file. There is a separate upload for each document type you are required to submit.
