This process will only work if you have set up a security question. If you have not set up a security question please contact IT Services. |
- Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- In the address bar type https://newweb.pccc.edu/password-self-service/
- Verify you are in the Official College Portal Page
- Select Option #4 "Unlock my Account"
- Follow the instructions to unlock your account
