Passaic County Community College (PCCC) provides wireless network services in all campus locations for students, employees, and visitors to campus.

Students and employees should always use the PCCC_SECURED network. This provides an encrypted connection with access to all PCCC applications and services.

Guests to campus or prospective students who have yet to receive their PCCC Account credentials should use the PCCC_GUEST network.

*** PLANNED SERVICE OUTAGE NOTICE May 24th beginning at 8:00am***

We will be taking many systems and services offline beginning 8:00am on Friday May 24th to perform planned network upgrades.  We anticipate the majority of services to be accessible by late Friday night.  VDI service upgrades will continue through the weekend.

The following services of note will not be available during the maintenance period:

Colleague

Self Service

Soft Docs

*The portal (http://my.pccc.edu ) and Blackboard have been moved to our new authentication system and will be available during the outage.

VDI (virtual desktop computer) services will remain unavailable for Students and Staff into Saturday May 25th . This service is expected to be restored on Sunday May 26th.

Please plan accordingly for service outages of systems after 8:00am and throughout the day.

Maintenance Friday: 

Scheduled maintenance occurs on the Fourth Friday of the month, 7 PM – 11 PM EST.

During this maintenance window, services may be briefly inaccessible as we conduct updates and maintenance on our systems.
