This articles will assist users in setting up or changing their security question to reset or unlock their College Account.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

  2. In the address bar type https://password.pccc.edu

  3. Verify you are in the Official College Portal Page

  4. Select Option #1 "Set my Security Question"

  5. Follow the instructions to set your security question
