Accessing your staff VDI from a web browser to access Ellucian - Colleague or Informer

This is a quick way to access these PCCC applications from outside our campuses without downloading the VM Client

Step-by-step guide


  1. Open a Browser and go to https://vdi.pccc.edu/

  2. Select VMware Horizon HTML Access



  3. Put in your PCCC Username Password and make sure the 3rd row says PCCC



  4. Select My Staff Desktop



  5. Open a web browser inside the desktop



  6. Type either ellucian.pccc.edu or informer.pccc.edu/datatel/



  7. you have access to either program
