Follow the instructions below to discover your login ID (also called your account name or user name). This can be helpful if you have forgotten what it is or just need to confirm it.

This applies to all students, staff, and faculty.

Step-by-step guide

1. Browse to www.pccc.edu
2. Click on “My PCCC”
   
   
   
   
3. Click on “What’s my ID?” under the Student Tools menu.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your last name, date of birth, and your personal email address or your 7 digit PCCC ID Number (i.e., Student/Colleague ID number)
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click “Find My Account”
   
   
6. Once your account is found, click the Submit button to receive an email to your personal email account with your initial logon username and password.
   
   
   
   
7. Check your personal email address for your initial username and password information.
