If you are new to PCCC and have misplaced your initial PCCC Account username and password, please follow the instructions below to receive an email to your personal email account with your initial account information. With this, you can set up your PCCC account, change your password, and set your security questions should you need to reset your password in the future. This applies to all users; students, faculty, and staff.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Browse to What’s My User ID form.

     

  2. Enter your last name, date of birth, and your personal email address or your 7 digit PCCC ID Number (i.e., Student/Colleague ID number).

  3. Click “Find My Account”

     

  4. Once your account is found, click the Submit button to receive an email to your personal email account with your initial logon username and password.

     

  5. Check your personal email address for your initial username and password information.
