Connect your device to the PCCC_SECURED Wireless Network

PCCC provides the “PCCC_SECURED” secure wireless network for all students, faculty and staff. Please follow the instructions below to access the network from your device.

Quick instructions

  1. Select “PCCC_SECURED” wireless network from your list of available networks

  2. Enter your PCCC Login and password (e.g., username@students.pccc.edu)

  3. Accept or trust the certificate if prompted

If using an Apple device, disable iCloud Private Relay.

Detailed Instructions

 

Android devices may require the following settings:
EAP Method: PEAP
Phase 2 authentication: MSCHAPV2
CA certificate: Use system certificates
Online Certificate Status: Do not validate
Domain: pccc.edu
Identity: username@students.pccc.edu
Anonymous Identity: (leave blank)
Password: *************

You may be prompted to accept the security certificate and/or join trusted network. Please press “continue”, “ok” or “trust”

You are now connected to the the PCCC_SECURED Network. You will have access to this network on all campus locations.

You will be prompted to log in again if you change your PCCC Password.

Only PCCC DNS servers may be used in your network settings. These are:

  • mc-dns-01.pccc.cc.nj.us 172.25.14.245

  • mc-dns-02.pccc.cc.nj.us 172.25.14.246

These will automatically be used unless you have manually configured your network settings or enabled iCloud Private Relay on an Apple device.

Devices connecting to the PCCC_SECURED network must be running a supported operating system.

Example: Windows 7 and earlier are not supported.
