Apply for Graduation

This how-to guide walks through how to apply for graduation for a program of study.

Instructions

Go to Self-Service.
On the Self-Service Home Page, click on Graduation Overview. You will be taken to the “Graduation Application” page.

In the table, find the Program of Study you want to apply to for graduation. Then click Apply.

If you need more information about the graduation and commencement process, click the link Commencement Information on that Self-Service page.

On the next page, Under the “Name and Hometown” section, fill out the fields with the appropriate information.

Under Commencement Details, choose the right mailing address to ship your diploma to or select “Ship to a new address” to enter in another address.

When you are finished filling out the application and all the information looks correct, click Submit.
Please check your PCCC student inbox for a confirmation email that your graduation application has been submitted successfully.

You have successfully applied for graduation for a program of study. If applicable, you can repeat these steps for another program of study by clicking “Back to Programs of Study”.
