For more information regarding Charge Back / Charge Back Forms go to PCCC’s website at: https://newweb.pccc.edu/bursar/ and select Charge Back / Forms from the boxes under Policies & Procedures.
This page includes all prerequisites for being able to file the form as well as the submission deadline (30 days before the end of the semester).
Please note: these forms are for students that reside outside of Passaic County and are registered for a curriculum at Passaic that their college does not offer.
