Problem

When you log in, you receive a notice informing you your password is about to expire.

Do not click on any password reset links in your email - it could be a scam. Instead, follow the solution below to browse to the official PCCC web site and use the self-service password reset tool found there.

Solution

  1. Browse to www.pccc.edu
  2. Click on Faculty & Staff Box, the last box on the first row.
  3. Click on Campus Email
  4. Type your “User Name”
  5. Type your “Current Password” and
  6. When you get the Change password message
    If you don’t see the password change message please call IT support at 973-684-6262
  7. Type your “Current Password”
  8. Type your “New Password”
    Note: Your new password should be at least 8 digits long and have a combination of Uppercase letters lower case letters and numbers
  9. Confirm your new password
  10. Click the Sign In button
