Problem

A sign on error displays when trying to access Blackboard.

Solution

It appears there was a timeout after a period of inactivity.

  1. Close the browser. 

  2. If you have not powered off your computer in some time, take time to do that now.  Then restart your computer.  Our computers are working overtime and they need a quick refresh too.

  3. Try again.
