Problem

Students cannot hear a video played on a shared Zoom screen.

Solution

Have students check the volume control to make sure their speakers are not muted and that the volume is raised.

In Zoom remember to click the “Share Computer Sound” button on the bottom left side BEFORE you click the “SHARE” button.
