Problem

When you log in, you receive a notice informing you your password is about to expire.

Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'PCCC ID Account Credential Warning'.

Solution

  1. Browse to www.pccc.edu
  2. Click on Faculty & Staff Box, the last box on the first row.
  3. Click on Campus Email
  4. Type your “User Name”
  5. Type your “Current Password” and
  6. When you get the Change password message: Type your “Current Password”
  7. Type your “New Password”
    Note: Your new password should be at least 8 digits long and have a combination of Uppercase letters lower case letters and numbers
  8. Confirm your new password
  9. Click the Sign In button
