Problem
An error message indicates that an upgrade is necessary to launch a Zoom meeting from Echo360 as shown in the image below.
Solution
The feature to create a Zoom Meeting from Echo360 is intentionally turned off for PCCC users. Use the preferred methods to schedule, launch and record a Zoom meeting.
