This article will help you install Zoom and log into the PCCC Zoom System
Zoom and Virtual Desktops
PCCC does NOT recommend using Zoom Videoconferencing inside a Virtual Desktop. Zoom should be run from your laptop, home desktop, tablet or smart phone.

Windows
Install Zoom
- Browse to https://zoom.us/support/download
The appropriate Zoom client for your computer (i.e., Mac or PC) will be downloaded - Double-click on the installer (usually located in your download folder) and complete the installation steps
Logging In
- Open Zoom and Click Sign In
- Select Sign in with SSO
- Type in "pccc" and click Continue
- Type in your PCCC User ID and Password
- A pop up window will appear. Click "Open Zoom"
- You are now logged in to the zoom interface
Macintosh
Pre-Installation
To install Zoom on your Mac computer, you may need change your Security and Privacy settings to allow for apps downloaded from identified developers.
- Permissions to Install
- Click on the Apple Icon at the top left corner of your screen. Choose System Preferences.
- Click on Security & Privacy.
- Click the lock icon at the bottom left to have access to make changes.
- Enter your computer administrator username and password.
- Change Allow apps downloaded from:, to App Store and identified developers.
- Note: For Mac High Sierra (10.13.x), you will need to click on Allow too.
- Click the lock icon again to prevent any further changes.
Installing the Zoom application
- Visit our Download Center.
- Next to Zoom Client for Meetings, click Download.
- Open the downloaded file. It is typically saved to your Downloads folder.
- Follow the prompts to install the application on your computer.
Logging In
- Open Zoom and Click Sign In
- Select Sign in with SSO
- Type in "pccc" and click Continue
- Type in your PCCC User ID and Password
- A pop up window will appear. Click "Open Zoom"
- You are now logged in to the zoom interface
Android
Installation
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Search for ZOOM Cloud Meetings.
- Locate and tap the entry by zoom.us.
- Tap Install.
- Read the permissions listing.
- If the permissions listing is acceptable, tap Accept.
- Allow the installation to complete.
Logging In
- Open the newly installed Zoom application and touch "Sign in"
- Select SSO
- In companydoman type "pccc" and touch Continue
- Sign in with your PCCC User ID and Password
- Your android device will now be signed into PCCC Zoom
iOS (Apple)
Installation
- Tap on the Apple App Store icon on your iOS device to open.
- Tap on Search at the bottom right of your screen.
- Enter Zoom in the search text box.
- Select ZOOM Cloud Meetings from the available app choices, and then tap on the GET button.
- The install process will start.
Logging In
- Tap Open. either from installation screen or App Icon
- In the Zoom app, tap Sign In.
- In the Sign In window, tap SSO.
- Enter pccc in the text box to complete the domain name, as shown below, then tap Go.
- In the PCCC Sign in page below, enter your pcccID and pccc password, then tap Sign In.
- If you see the following pop-up, tap Open.
- In the next window, tap Allow.
- In the next window, tap OK.
- The Zoom main window will be displayed.
- A Zoom app icon should also appear on your Home screen.
