Type in your PCCC Account Username (ex: user@students.pccc.edu, user@adjuncts.pccc.edu, user@pccc.edu)
enter the characters in the picture you are provided.
Select “I know my password, but still can’t sign in” and click next
Choose a method to verify and verify your account
Your account should be unlocked
