The Financial Aid office begins transmitting aid approximately 30 business days after the semester starts, depending on several factors:
Only accounts that are cleared through verification can be paid.
The Financial Aid office transmits on a rolling basis.
Once the funds are transmitted by the Financial Aid Office, the Bursar’s Office will issue a refund.
Refunds take up to 10 business days and are mailed directly to the students at the address that is currently on file with the Registrar’s Office. Students also have the option to choose direct deposit as an option to receive their refund. Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days.
The FA payment can be seen by viewing your account on the My PCCC Portal and/or reviewing your term bill invoice.
