Cannot contact instructor

Problem

I cannot reach my instructor, or I haven't heard back from my instructor.

Check the syllabus/Start Here page in your course for the instructor’s preferred contact information.
Use the Email tool in Blackboard. Click on the link in the course menu. If you don’t know your professor’s name, you can select All Instructor Users as the recipient. For more instructions, view this Blackboard Help page.

If you’ve tried to contact your instructor, but they haven’t responded within their promised time frame, try again, or try contacting the

academic department they are affiliated with.
