Problems with third-party content in Blackboard

Problem

I cannot access, or have a problem with, third-party content (such as textbook publisher e-pack, Pearson, Cengage, Exam Soft, My Math Lab, etc.) linked to my course in Blackboard.

Solution

  1. Make sure your internet connection is working.
  2. If you are a student, contact your professor, or contact tech support for the specific product. PCCC Tech Support does not provide support for most third-party content, as we do not control access to this content.
