Resetting your Password

This article will assist students, faculty and staff in resetting their PCCC Account password.

Step-by-step guide

WARNING

This process will only work if you have set up a security question.  If you have not set up a security question please contact IT Services.



  1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

  2. In the address bar type https://password.pccc.edu

  3. Verify you are in the Official College Portal Page

  4. Select Option #2 "Reset my Password"

  5. Follow the instructions to reset your password
